Overview
This department is really proactive when it comes to making the learning experience as real as possible. From a nursery-style class room, to trips to London.
In order to work within the Early Years sector you will need to have Maths and English GCSE at grade C and above. Functional Skills within your childcare programme is not going to allow you to awarded Early Years Education status.
Here at Lakes College we do offer the chance to student Maths and English GCSE alongside your studies, if you qualify. Make sure you don’t waste time getting a qualification you can’t use!
