*Availability of packages dependent on numbers, on a first come first served basis. The packages and commitments will be reviewed annually.

Offering someone a work placement, lending your expertise as a guest speaker, or attending one of our college careers events won’t just benefit our learners — you could find your next apprentice!
Packages
Your pledge to us:
- Offer a minimum of 5x college learners a 37-hour work experience opportunity with your company OR offer 1x T Level learner an industrial placement (45-day commitment)
- Offer apprenticeship interviews with your company for Lakes College learners, if applicable
- Contribute to our curriculum design and planning as part of our Industry Engagement Event — feed into how we develop and deliver college courses
- Commit to support mock interview sessions with our learners in college
- Offer our learners site tours/visits to your company
- Deliver guest speaker sessions with classes of learners in college to allow them an insight into your company
Our pledge to you:
- Your company’s logo displayed on Our Employer Partners section of our website to celebrate our partnership
- Social media promotion across Lakes College platforms of any employer engagement sessions you deliver — guest speakers/mock interviews, etc.
- Priority invitation to our Industry Engagement Event held at college
- Free use of our on-campus Skillshub for meetings/events subject to availability
- Invitations to attend college Open Evenings and events throughout the year to showcase your company
- Priority invitation to attend annual Awards Ceremony and celebrate alongside learners, staff and other employers
Your pledge to us:
- Offer 2x T Level college learners an industrial placement at your company (45-day commitment)
- Offer a minimum of 5x college learners a 37-hour work experience opportunity
- Offer apprenticeship interviews with your company for Lakes College learners, if applicable
- Contribute to our curriculum design and planning as part of our Industry Engagement Event — feed into how we develop and deliver college courses
- Commit to support mock interview sessions with our learners in college
- Offer our learners group site tours/visits to your company
- Deliver guest speaker sessions with classes of learners in college to allow them an insight into your company

- Free use of our on-campus Skillshub for meetings/events, and free hire of our SEN Centre conference facilities (once per year) subject to availability
- Social media promotion across Lakes College platforms of any employer engagement sessions you deliver — guest speakers/mock interviews, etc.
- Priority invitation to our Industry Engagement Event held at college
- Invitations to attend college Open Evenings and events throughout the year to showcase your company
- Invitation to attend annual Awards Ceremony and celebrate alongside learners, Lakes College staff and other employers
- Priority access to college apprenticeship applicants for any roles within your company
Your pledge to us:
- Offer 5x T Level college learners an industrial placement at your company (45-day commitment)
- Offer 37-hour work experience opportunities for college learners (non-T Level)
- Offer real-life work experience to SEND learners through an internship or similar
- Offer apprenticeship interviews with your company, and/or job vacancy interviews for T Level learners completing their placement with you, if applicable
- Contribute to our curriculum design and planning as part of our Industry Engagement Event — feed into how we develop and deliver college courses
- Commit to support mock interview sessions with our learners in college
- Offer our learners group site tours/visits to your company
- Deliver guest speaker sessions and workshops with classes of learners in college to allow them an insight into your company
Our pledge to you:
- Your company’s logo displayed on the Employers Recognition Board inside the college to celebrate our partnership
- Priority access to Lakes College apprentice applicants for any roles within your company
- Opportunity to present at our Industry Engagement Event, showcasing your company to other attendees
- An employer case study featured on our website to promote your company, as well as a direct link to your website from ours. Your company logo also featured on the Employer Partners page of our website to celebrate our partnership
- Your company’s logo displayed in relevant Lakes College marketing materials
- Social media promotion across Lakes College platforms of any employer engagement sessions you deliver — guest speakers/mock interviews etc
- Free use of our on-campus Skillshub for meetings/events, and free hire of our SEN Centre conference facilities (once per year) subject to availability

Your pledge to us:
- Offer a minimum of 10x T Level learner industrial placement (45-day commitment) through your company or by supporting smaller businesses to deliver (can be one cohort or across multiple) OR offer a minimum of 10x 37-hour work experience opportunities for non-T Level learners
- Guaranteed interviews for apprenticeships if applicable, and/or job vacancies for T Level learners completing their placement with you
- Offer real-life work experience to SEND learners through an internship or similar
- Contribute to our curriculum design and planning as part of our Industry Engagement Event — feed into how we develop and deliver college courses
- Commit to support mock interview sessions with our learners in college
- Offer our learners group site tours/visits to your company
- Deliver guest speaker sessions and workshops with classes of learners in college to allow them an insight into your company
- Commit to offer industry experience to college tutors and mentoring to learners
- Specialised social media promotion of all employer engagement you complete with Lakes College
Our pledge to you:
- Your company’s branding displayed in a workshop and on Employers Recognition Board inside the college and on PPE where applicable
- T Level course affiliation and your company’s branding associated with all course marketing (only if taking all of one cohort)
- Your company’s logo displayed in relevant Lakes College marketing materials
- Priority access to Lakes College apprentice applicants for any roles within your company
- Opportunity to present at our Industry Engagement Event, showcasing your company to other attendees
- An employer case study featured on our website to promote your company, as well as a direct link to your website from ours. Your company logo also featured on the Employer Partners page of our website to celebrate our partnership
- Social media promotion across Lakes College platforms of any employer engagement sessions you deliver — guest speakers/mock interviews, etc.
